Vulnerability & Threat Assessments
Trident’s process to identify vulnerabilities and threats for corporate clients considers Property, Activity, and Critical Infrastructure Testing (PACIT). This addresses physical, intellectual property and brand risks. PACIT is a comprehensive approach to systematically assess risk on an integrated basis. This supports a client’s:
- Property portfolio – to identify and assess the risks associated with offices, executive’s homes and other physical resources, and facilities.
- Professional and personal activity – to identify risks associated with the daily activity and travel of key personnel.
- Critical infrastructure – to identify the risks to an organization’s critical data and components of infrastructure, i.e. IT systems, electric, communications, water.
As vulnerabilities are identified, Trident closely advises clients in objectively selecting resources and establishing plans to remedy those shortfalls. Trident is available to remain in place to manage and oversee remediation and to support clients with advice, resources, and operational support if needed. With its unique insight into national critical infrastructure, Trident advises clients on specific risks to public electrical, telecommunications and water networks.
Investigation & Intelligence Services
Diligence and Investigations
Trident investigators use a wealth of knowledge obtained through years of experience in the United States Department of Justice, Department of Defense and the global intelligence community to provide a comprehensive investigative plan for the client. Our unique investigative team is trained in the most sophisticated investigative techniques in the world. We are able to conduct thorough due diligence on a plethora of targets of opportunity; to include potential employees, business partners or investors.
Commercial Intelligence
Trident conducts intelligence mining relevant to the client using public and proprietary searches of the Internet in multiple languages, including Arabic and Farsi. Raw intelligence is captured, compiled and correlated using a range of automatic and manual methods. Information refinement occurs as intelligence analysts seek clarification and expansion of available data, from sources such as blogs, selected social networking sites, chat-rooms, public records, proprietary database information, news outlets and other sources, seeking mentions of the brand name and associated keywords and phrases.
Throughout each day, raw intelligence is captured in our intelligence center, where it is compiled and correlated using a range of automatic and manual methods. Then, intelligence reports are produced and delivered to the customer in a range of time-dependent and contextually relevant methods. Preliminary analysis and initial recommendations are issued for client alerts, and information related to the customer (its brands, businesses or people), or its industry are issued in bulletin format.
