New Orleans:

Early in Hurricane Katrina, the Fairmont Hotel called TRG and required an evacuation of more than 900 guests and employees.  TRG responded with a team of 6 former special operations personnel and instituted standard NEO protocols which resulted in the successful securing of the hotel premises and the evacuation of hotel personnel, their families, and guests. The Team’s rapid success and clear capability made them available for further tasking by other relief and federal agencies as they began to move into New Orleans and establish sustained operations.

Honduras:

In 2008, TRG responded to a complex and volatile situation on the island of Roatan. An accidental death occurred during a poaching incident that inflamed historic tensions between various ethnic and cultural groups on the island. This incident had the potential to involve and consume the advancement in business and humanitarian operations of American citizens on the island. TRG established both discreet and overt presence on the island and began conducting classic intelligence operations that helped them identify and diminish the efforts of the most coordinated and vocal provocateurs. Trident’s concurrent symphony of discreet and overt security and intelligence programs resulted in a near instantaneous de-escalation of tensions and the establishment of a more resistant and resilient process of handling similar incidents in the future.

Haiti:

Trident and its partners deployed a full-spectrum of strategic advisory and “boots on deck” support of both commercial and non-government agencies as the western world responded to Haiti. Quickly leveraging past experience, unique training and expertise, proven networks and fast and flexible command of resources – the Team was able to quantifiably impact one of the most significant humanitarian actions in history. The Team has intimate knowledge of the environment from Port Au Prince through to multiple border points with the Dominican Republic. Our network and credibility with official, non-official, and multi-national agencies is exceptional and our network and familiarity with the complex tapestry of local personalities throughout Haiti is unique. The ability to influence action in Haiti while maintaining connectivity with critical points of contact in the United States and abroad is unique, proven, and critical.
