End User Intelligence
Trident provides End User Intelligence advisory services and “subject matter expertise” to translate operational requirements for various defense systems contractors and government laboratories. Trident’s security clearance allows access to work at the highest classified program levels, significantly enhancing Trident’s business capture process.
Brilliant scientists and engineers develop and apply emerging technologies to produce materials and systems for use in the Global War on Terror. Yet, these designers often do not possess the intelligence community or combat operations experience needed to design what the end user really needs. As one Fortune 100 client of Trident remarked, “prior to [their] relationship with Trident, [they] would ‘design in the blind.’” This lack of “end-user requirements” is a significant and expensive hurdle for defense contractors and the military.
Trident’s End User Intelligence service helps bridge this knowledge gap, saving valuable development budget, and increasing the effectiveness of these products in the hands of the warfighter. Specifically, Trident becomes part of the applied engineering process with the defense contractor to enhance product development, promote broader applications, and facilitate new business development. Trident has multiple contracts with research initiatives designing and developing various training tools for Marines, Army and Special Operations teams. Trident is positioned to provide similar services to at least five other major companies, as well as directly to the Departments of Defense and Homeland Security.
Trident’s broad expertise enables it to support a wide variety of advisory services. Trident’s ability to understand and address challenging and unconventional situations often makes it a “first call” when uncertain and dynamic event occurs. While this division is difficult to fully describe or predict because of the unconventional nature of assignments and world events, Trident’s broad and unconventional flexibility gives it the ability to remain the pioneer of unconventional solutions.
Reputation Management
Trident understands that an organizations reputation and positive brand recognition are key factors in a customer’s buying decision. Adverse news or a negative impact to an organization’s reputation directly affect its ability to deliver products and services, and damages the bottom line.
Trident works with our clients to:
- Understand how their brand is perceived in the marketplace and the media
- Know when campaigns are begun to undermine their brand and reputation
- Seek advance warning of demonstrations, actions or campaigns
Trident leverages our clients’ internal security resources, our brand intelligence and security capabilities to canvas the intelligence landscape and develop actionable intelligence and analysis. Trident’s portfolio of Intelligence services enables our clients to effectively detect adverse activities, and positively protect their reputation.
Property Protection
For every organization, protecting property is a critical component in ensuring financial success. At Trident Response Group, the concept of property encompasses:
- A physical location that you rent or own
- Physical products that you sell or manufacture
- The intellectual property that you have developed to create a unique product offering
- A data center that houses your critical systems
- A service center that provides coordination and transaction generating capabilities
Trident’s proprietary intelligence gathering and analysis service leverages open source, private, proprietary (and for certain customers, official) sources of information. Trident actively identifies and monitors threats, and provides actionable analysis and recommendations to protect you and your customers.
When a confirmed threat is detected, Trident can provide early warnings to your corporate leaders and your security teams. We facilitate or establish contact with local, state or federal law enforcement and first responders to provide them pro-actively with context and understanding of the specific threat your organization faces. If a threat becomes active, Trident provides support and coordination during the crisis to help your organization survive and recover from the attack.
Intelligence Operations Centers
An intelligence operations capability provides an organization with the ability to gain greater insight into online activities that could impact their business, in either a positive or negative manner. An intelligence operations center achieves this by gathering information from a variety of sources including:
- Open-source and proprietary intelligence sources
- Our clients’ IT infrastructure and service delivery model
- Our clients’ business process models
Our unique model of integrating IT and intelligence sources allows Trident to gain deeper insight into our clients’ threat landscape, delivering actionable and intelligent data that allows them to leverage this information for marketplace advantage and protection.
Trident’s intelligence operations center portfolio provides the services to establish, maintain, improve, train, and support your organization’s intelligence operations capabilities.
Event Intelligence
Large-scale sporting events, concerts, fundraisers and political rallies face a range of risks and threats. Combining its expertise in physical security, cyber security and intelligence gathering, Trident Response Group helps organizations understand their threat landscape by providing actionable analysis of intelligence from a range of open source, proprietary and official sources.
