Trident Response Group provides a security assessment process that takes a converged look at its clients’ facilities – it combines assessments of physical security posture and information technology, or Cyber, security posture.
PACIT (Property, Activity, and Critical Information Testing) is a unique approach which combines physical and IT security disciplines, providing a 360° security awareness, response, and defense. PACIT considers three factors: Property, Human Activity, and Critical Information systems.
PACIT focuses on understanding the strengths and weaknesses of facilities and properties and how those factors positively or negatively impact continuity and resilience plans. It focuses on who must do what, when, and how in order to ensure the continuity of critical business functions. It also focuses on communication processes and technical solutions that are the critical components of continuity and resilience operations. PACIT occurs in three phases.
- Phase 1 is identification of weaknesses, threats, business risks, opportunities, and gaps, and implementation of immediate critical solutions. We assess your physical, business, and IT environments, leveraging skilled resources in risk management and response.
- Phase 2 is implementation of critical solutions and of a training program, that supports awareness, comprehension, and familiarity with execution of continuity and resilience operations.
- Phase 3 establishes an audit and currency process that allows Trident Risk Management to support clients by maintaining awareness of emerging concerns and considerations that could impact existing plans and by conducting periodic training to ensure corporate awareness of plans and processes.
